Good work. On the surface they all look like friends but NVIDIA really is making sure their chips gets used. At the same time though I think Google isn’t as concerned with chip market yet but rather wants to kill OpenAI with Anthropic on the same Brute-Force compute strategy. Idk just a theory…
This is definitely that kind of war, and whoever has the most money wins. The question is how to allocate those funds. Microsoft has massive budgets, but they haven't done anything with Copilot for a couple of years. I don't think things are all that bad for OpenAI; the situation can change just as quickly. Right now, Google is clearly the favorite alongside Anthropic, but he’s also a massive client of NVDA.
